impossible without it. Water is a significant source in our daily life. Drinking
water everyday keeps us out of risks. There are few benefits of drinking water.

water is a good idea. Therefore, we should drink adequate amount of water to
reduce headache problems. Furthermore, water can help control calories.

Water is involved in all bodily functions. Your body, being primarily water,
requires sufficient daily water replacement in order to function efficiently.
Drinking water is essential to humans and other life forms even though it
provides no calories or organic nutrients.
