National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI) Jan 2019 - present

Researching the implementation and efficacy of peer services through written sources as well as interviews of
professionals in the field. Developing and writing a grant proposal on behalf of the Washtenaw Health
Initiative.

Bunk Specialist Counselor at Camp Starlight Summer 2018

Responsible for the care of a bunk of 9/10 year-old girls, including daily sports, creative arts and social activities.

Arts & Crafts Specialist at Camp Starlight Summer 2017

Assisted in running an extensive arts & crafts program for campers ages 6-16, while also serving as assistant counselor for
my group of 9 girls (wakeup, bathing, feeding, bedtime, etc).

UJA Federation-Center for Youth Philanthropy and Leadership (CYPL) 2015-2017

Served on committees to fundraise, meet with various organizations looking for donations, and then allocate
grants to non-profits across the country.

Essay Busters Mentor and Intern 2015-2017

First, and only, teen mentor to underserved at-risk first-gen college applicants. Helped them prepare and write
their personal statements, finalize applications; initiated new fundraising strategies to raise money in support of
the mentor program, coordinated events for mentors

Community Service Club Board Member 2013-2017

Supervisor of donated home-baked desserts for local soup kitchen. Created, managed, and coordinated monthly
menu and volunteer schedule for dozens of volunteers; collected, set-up, and served hundreds of people
weekly.

SKILLS AND INTERESTS:

Strong emotional intelligence and people skills, love to travel, proficient in Spanish and less proficient in
singing Spanish pop songs, Breaking Bad enthusiast, and intermediate skier.
