Agreement of Language Lecturing Consignment

BETWEEN

IWATE PREFECTURAL HUMAN SKILL DEVELOPMENT COOPERATIVE UNION

AND

This agreement entered into by and between

And Iwate Prefectural Human Skill Development Cooperative Union at the Davinci
Bldg.,3-4,Kaiunbashi,Morioka City,Iwate Pref.Japan.Union President, Hiroyuki
Usuzawa, hereinafter referred Second Party consign to First Party to teach technical
intern trainees for pre-entry Japanese Language Study according to the law of the
Ministry of Health,Labor and Welfare of Japan

Article 1.Purpose
Purpose is to implement appropriative and effective Lecture of Japanese
language to develop skill of Japanese language ability through such pre-entry
lecture
Article 2.Consignment contents
1. Cosigned first party shall implement pre-entry lecture for intern trainees
appropriately.
2. Term of lecture is more than one month or 160 hours within 6 months before
entry to Japan.
3. The first party’s lecture in the Philippines is also implemented according to
below article No.3, it is constituted by second party’s curriculum like general
social study (Including Inspection)
 4. In case of actual beginning date of lecture differing from planning schedule,
term of lecture will be changed.

5. First party shall submit lecture finishing certificate to Second Party.

Article 3.Contents of lecture

Contents of lecture are as follow.
1. Japanese Language
2. General knowledge of living life in Japan(Custom, Manner)
3. Knowledge of how acquisition of skill smoothly in Japan

Article 4.Cooperation of First party and Second party

Second party takes necessary treatment through talking with First Party to
implement technical intern trainees’ lecture smoothly.

Article 5.Lecture fee and expenses burdening

1. Expense for lecture will be paid by Second party per trainee yen
2. Such expense shall not be collected from trainee.
3. Lecture fee will be remitted to the bank account of the sending organization

Article 6.In case of arising dispute

In case of arising disputable matters regarding this agreement articles, both party
discuss well for technical intern trainee program and trainees, and make decision.

Article 7.Effective of the agreement

This agreement takes effect on the date of signing, but both party obey instruction
to the Japanese related ministry in case of contradiction on this agreement articles
Or no stated articles on the agreement, in that so second party should inform to first
party immediately.

Article 8.Termination of agreement

This agreement is terminated at the finishing of technical intern training working
And lose effect of agreement automatically.(the agreement termination is the date of
finishing of technical intern training working date)
Both party agreed above contents and hold this original sheets Japanese words and
English words, two original sheets.
