 Where welding or bending or both are important:

o ASTM 706 or
o ASTM 615 if the following conditions are satisfied:
 The actual yield strength based on mill tests does not exceed the
specified yield strength by more than 18,000 psi, and
 The ratio of actual tensile strength to the actual yield strength is not
less than 1.25.
