AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE
I, ANGEL DELA TORRE ANTIOLA, Filipino, 15 y/o, single, and a resident of PUrok
Lacorba, Brgy. Corporacion, Lupon, Davao Oriental, Philippines, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say that:

1. I am the same person who executed a Judicial Affidavit of Complaint against

RONALD SAM CAÑETE for Simple Seduction in relation to RA 7610 in the case
entitled as Angel Dela Torre Antiola vs. Ronald Sam N. Cañete with NPS
docket No. XI-05B-INV-18F-0128 still pending before the Office of the
Provincial Prosecutor, Mati, Davao Oriental;

2. After reflecting on the consequences of a legal action and wanting to avoid the
expense, rigors and inconvenience of a public trial, I have decided to
withdraw the said criminal case;

3. I am no longer interested in prosecuting RONALD SAM N. CAÑETE for Simple

Seduction and I am requesting the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Mati,
Davao Oriental to withdraw the criminal information against RONALD SAM N.
CAÑETE and/or cause the dismissal thereof;

4. I shall not testify in the above-entitled case or in any proceeding against said
RONALD SAM N. CAÑETE whether civil or criminal before any Court,
Prosecution Office or tribunal;

5. That I hereby declare that I was not coerced, threatened or intimidated into
executing this Affidavt;

6. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest as to the truth of the foregoing.
