This study aims to analyze the influence of fundamental factors of Current Ratio
(CR), Return On Assets (ROA), and Company Size (SIZE) on Capital Structure
(DAR) and its impact on Corporate Value (PBV) on non-banking companies LQ
45 category the period 2012-2016. We used are secondary data in the form of
company's financial statements. The samples using purposive sampling method
and obtained 20 companies that meet the criteria set. The method of data analysis
using panel data regression analysis, then tested the best model and classical
assumption test. The result of data analysis show that partially CR has a
significant negative effect to capital structure (DAR), ROA have significant
positive effect to capital structure (DAR), SIZE have no nsignificant positive effect
to capital structure (DAR). Furthermore, partially CR has a positive effect is not
significant to firm value (PBV), ROA has no significant negative effect on firm
value (PBV), SIZE has no significant negative effect on firm value (PBV ) and
capital structure (DAR) have a significant negative effect on firm value (PBV).
Simultaneously CR, ROA, and SIZE have significant positive effect to capital
structure (DAR) and also CR, ROA,and SIZE have a significant positive effect on
firm value (PBV).
