09-FL-1363-A: Damage of rubber lining of distributor headers and
deformation has been observed repeatedly which cause resin slippages
during regeneration. Suggested Temporary Repair: It is proposed to

compatible with NaOH and can be used for this servise on temporary
basis.

NGBC: NG condensate leakage observed from drain plug of 20" butterfly
valve at NGBC. Valve is located on main discharge header. It is a part of
58 recent LPBC tie-in job. Suggested Temporary Repair: Under current
condition and field observations boxup clamp to be installed.
MPS-15135
MPS-15135: MPS steam leakage observed from upstream of MPS-15135
59 at O-Rack in USG area. Location is from SW of drip leg with 3/4" line U/s
of steam trap. Suggested Temporary Repair: boxup clamp to be installed.

9-LPS-15501-6"-3S1: Leakages have been observed from LPS steam traps
cap, nut and its drain valve. Due to unavailability of isolation leakages to

P-1374C: HCl dosing pumps (P-1374 A&C) for demin trains regengration
are not available since long due to delay in IFCM issuance for
64 replacement of existing pumps with available improved design pumps.
Suggested Temporary Repair: Installation of new pump with modified
design at the existing structure and piping with minor modification.
9-LG-12700A
9-LG-12700A: Leakage from one segment of GLG. Due to unavailability of
spares, boxup is required to take the GLG in service. Currently GLG is
65 isolated. Suggested Temporary Repair: Provide bolted blind in place of
leakage segment which will be replaced after procurement of spares.
SCARP line: Leakage reported from 4" drain line of SCARP line at Pit#11
due to movement of trolley over the pit slabs. Broken slabs fell over the
66 pipe causing damage to pipe. Suggested Temporary Repair: Leakage
point is 6"x4" HDPE reducer. Sealing plug will be installed along with
holding clamp arrangement.
FH # 11
FH-11: Leakage from the saddle welded joint with 6" branch towards FH-
67 11 fire hydrant. There is approx. 7" to 8" circumferential crack on the top
portion of weld joint. Suggested Temporary Repair: Weld joint to be
repaired by weld buildup.
