ASA is the official electronic parts catalogue of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation. This document covers the release notes including major changes,
installation instructions, features and resolved problems and change requests for ASA 1.6 Release. Information in this document, including
website addresses (URLs) and other Internet references is subject to change without notice and is provided for informational purposes only.

Updating ASA 1.5.5.3

ASA 1.6. will be distributed by CD only – starting with the November CD edition 2010. To update an older ASA version simple install the
November CD following these steps:

1. Input ASA 1.6. CD into CD-drive

2. Start setup.exe
3. After completion ASA version should be updated to ASA 1.6

Note: Removing ASA 1.5.5.3 version is not required.

ASA does not accept any special characters with the paste function anymore:

Copy some special characters to the clipboard using CTRL+C (e.g. '$%&/(=)). Then using the Edit -> Paste menu item,
paste the clipboard contents in the Part No edit field. This allows the user to insert part numbers with special characters
other than the ones defined. ASA 1.6. does no longer accept special characters.
