“whoever comes to a shaman or seer, then he justifies it, that means people unbeliever at the
Qur'an which has been revealed to Muhammad.”

“Whoever comes to a shaman or seer, his prayer for 40 days is not accepted. Hadith of moeslim
history no. 2230.

Effective provider–patient communication refers to the exchange of information between doctor

and patient in which the meaning is mutually understood (Ge et al., 2009).

Efficient communication helps patients develop sound understanding of their condition and take
part in mutual decision making. Ultimately, this contributes to better health outcomes (Beck,254 J.
MATUSITZ AND J. SPEAR Daughtridge, & Sloane, 2002).

In article 52 the same law is regulated regarding the doctor's obligations

procedures and medical needs of patients

Refer patients to a doctor or dentist other skill or is better able , if this issue is not able to perform an
examination or treatment

Keep everything that he knew about a patient , and even after the patient had died

Do emergency aid on the basis of humanity , unless he was sure there was others that came and
capable of do so

have knowledge and follow the developments of medical science or dentistry

in article 15 about the obligation of doctors for patients

each doctor is obliged to provide the opportunity for his patient to always be able to interact with
his family and counselors, including in worship and settlement of other personal problems
