If you have to design your CV, which software will you use?
(Any proffessional word processing software may be used to create and design
documents like letters, CV, Project Report etc.
So I shall use Microsoft Word to design my CV. Google Docs may also be used
to create documents.)

If you have to prepare salary sheet for 1000s of employees which software will help

(A spreadsheet software is ideal for work with numbers, formulas. So I will
prefer Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to make
salary sheet where DA, TA, GROSS SALARY, INCOME TAX, PF have to be calculated

should you do?
(I will create an attractive presentation with diagrams, charts, pictures and
videos if necessary using any presentation software.
If MS Office is installed in my computer then I will use PowerPoint otherwise
if net connection is there I will use Google Presentation)

A bank wants to send notification to all consumers for submitting 15 G or 15 H form

in time. A huge list of bank account holders is given to you
with their detail postal address. You are asked to print the notification letter
with individual consumer name and address on it. How will you do that?
(The Mail Merge tool of Microsoft Word will help me to solve this problem. I
will create an address list where if the given data is a hardcopy,
otherwise if the given data is in a text file or in Excel file I will use it
directly as my address list. Then create the notification letter and place
appropriate merge fields in approriate position. Finaly using the Mail Merge
tool I can print the letters.
