VACANCIES FOR ENGINEERS, TECHNICIANS AND SHIFT OPERATORS

The Berakas Power Company (BPC) Sdn Bhd, a local Power Utility Company operating within Brunei Darussalam are
looking to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. Control & Instrumentation Engineers

2. Control & Instrumentation Technicians
3. Electrical Engineers
4. Electrical Technicians
5. Project Engineers
6. Mechanical Engineers
7. Mechanical Technicians
8. Shift Operators

Interested and highly motivated individuals who are qualified and have at least 2-years working experience in the above
engineering disciplines and who wish to establish a career within the Power Utility environment are invited to apply.
Successful candidates will undertake training and development in accordance with BPC’s internal training curriculum.
Upon the successful completion of training, candidates will be eligible for appointment to substantive posts within BPC in
their respective fields.

Eligibility

 The vacancies are open to Bruneian citizens or Permanent Residents.

 Applicants for Engineer posts must be in possession of a relevant recognised Degree.

 Applicants for Technician posts or Trainee Shift Operator posts must be in possession of a Higher National
Diploma/National Diploma/National Certificate or other academic qualifications acceptable to the Company.

 Applicants must have at least 2-years working experience in their chosen field.

 Applicants must be in possession of a valid Brunei Driver’s license.

stating which vacancy he/she is applying for. A recent passport size photograph (non-returnable) should be included with
