License Agreement

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You should carefully read the following License Agreement. Your purchase or use of our
products implies that you have read and accepted this License Agreement.

PRODUCT LICENSE
Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use Precomposed.com’s products (the
"products"), including image files, project files, audio files and any other data files in
accordance with this License Agreement (the "license") issued by our company.

LIMITED USAGE GRANTED

You may use each individual product on a single computer only, unless the product was
distributed by Precomposed.com as a “Free Download”. The products may not be transferred
to any third party through networked computers. You may not allow the products to be
accessed by individuals not willing to comply with this agreement. You may render an
unlimited number of videos/graphics from your products and are free to share the rendered
video/graphic as long as you do not claim intellectual rights to the design.

IMAGERY, VIDEO, & AUDIO ASSETS

All imagery/video/audio assets used in our products are royalty-free and are the integral part
of our products. Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images/video/audio assets
only as a part of the video/graphics you create using our products. Any kind of separate usage
or distribution is prohibited.

MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your
purposes.

UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of our products/tutorials, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD,
website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without
prior written consent from our company.

ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written
consent from Precomposed.com.

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
You may not disclose any order information which includes but is not limited to Order ID,
download link, etc.

GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY

Since Precomposed.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds
once the order is submitted and the download is initiated. As a customer you are responsible
for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Precomposed.com guarantees the
downloadable products to be free of any corrupt files that may render the products unusable
in part or in whole. We will not issue any compensation for non-working/corrupt files. If the
products do contain any corrupt files, you will be allowed to download a working replacement
of the corrupt file(s) in a timely manner.

PRODUCT SUPPORT
Precomposed.com will provide support with the installation and usage of our
products only in the original, unmodified form. We will not provide training and
teaching of techniques beyond the training video included with the templates.
