“My Rhyming Journey to Appreciative Inquiry”

It was March 2 when I met Dr. Rosario,

During this day awe-inspiring learning experience, she provided for me and for you.
Being an appreciative to the things and people surrounds you,
Will always create life’s wonderful scenario.
Forget about problems and sorrows, she said”
Just focus on your appreciations for the beautiful today and tomorrow.

Moving on to my appreciation to Dr. Dicolen

I think you will agree that she is simply amazing,
The one who keeps my eyes and heart smiling,
Maybe because of her positive virus,
She contagiously sharing.
Her smile can take my moods away,
And help me to see it another way,
It reminds me to take things in life so lightly and positively,
And indeed appreciate the beauty of wonderful today.
Life can be very tough but thankfully,
I’ve got her to help shine my way.

My appreciation to my classmates,
Obviously they are all alive, alert, awake and enthusiastic.
 Every morning blown me to be more energetic.
They are all interesting,
I kept my mind appreciating,
that my time during Saturday morning is always worth spending,
Knowing that I will be learning from our classroom sharing and bonding.
Honestly speaking,
It makes my journey here in UPLB worth celebrating.

Now, from the stance of appreciative inquiry according to “Whitney”

appreciative inquiry will unleash creativity and open up for new possibility,

It is an evolutionary search which involves systematic inquiry,

of life system discovery.

Appreciative inquiry unapologetically focuses on the positive ways,

The positive change core is collected from the people in many ways,

the core energy of positive stories will fuel the accounts of mountain top moments

to the most memorable achievements.

An Appreciative Leader is a strength-based leader,

considered always to be a role model.

Now, appreciative process is the key to Appreciative Leadership,

Theories rely on the leader’s characteristics.

Appreciative Leadership is the leader’s place

within an appreciative process which sets engaging relationship.

Lining the connection to my appreciation to education,

well, education is for all,

embrace it or fall.

It takes my time to stress once more

it is the path to successes door,

education is a treasure one cannot significantly measure

by only your life’s attended lectures.

There is so much in education,

That provides us an options

And sets the motion in life for you to function.

And now say Yes! To Education

and feed the nations.
