year end functions and reports being requested by her Manager, but also complete her normal day to day

Dianne has worked well with others in the department to learn her job duties as well as new job duties that
have been given to her throughout the year. She knows who to contact for assistance when needed and
makes use of manuals where available. Dianne is encouraged to continue to reach out to her co-workers for
assistance or to other departments as needed.

Above Average - Dianne speaks clearly and expresses messages concisely in groups and one-on-one
situations. Dianne participates in group discussions at weekly meetings and is always providing suggestions
when asked.

Above Average - Dianne is definitley a team player. Dianne is always eager to assist when needed to provide
infromation to co-workers when called upon.
Customer service:
Above Average - Dianne understands the urgency she is sometimes faced with to expedite payment requests
for thrid party settlements. Dianne is alwasys willing to go the extra mile to get it done. Dianne along with the
other Risk Management staff were awarded the Exceptional Customer Service Team Award in 2016 in
recognition for their excellent customer service.
Flexibility and adaptability to change:
Exceptional - Dianne is able to move from one task to another with little disruption to her work flow. Dianne is
quick to pick up from where she left off and is able to seamlesslev transition from one task to another
Influence:
Above Average - Dianne is able to communicate her ideas and suggestions to her Manager and other staff
and explain her rationale behind her recommendations.
