Council strategic priorities with the employee. I have also reviewed the departmental,

Dianne will need to work with the acting manager and hired consultant in preparation for the insurance RFP.
Her proficiency with ClearRisk will increase as will her ability to analyze the relevancy of information she is
pulling ..
Generally summarize the results achieved:
Dianne has worked well with her Manager over the last year, creating customized reports in ClearRisk and
updating files as required. Dianne has also taken on new tasks in her role to assist other memebers in the
department as well as Purchasing.
Describe any notable accomplishments and examples of outstanding service:
Dianne is a hard worker and very competent. Dianne is eager to learn new tasks and expand her knowledge
base. Dianne is a team player and is always eager to help. As the Acting Manager to this department and
fairly new to ClearRisk, Dianne has been a great resource for me in terms of learning how to navigate the.
system and create my own customized reports.

Dianne is encouraged to continue to work with ClearRisk to clean up old files. Dianne is also encouraged to
work with the permanent Manager to develop better reports for year end reporting and to assit with developing
a process and procedure to review the status of files as well as reserve balances at year end.

Dianne is a concientious employee who is reliable and thorough in her work. She takes great pride in the work
she does and ensures the work is completed in a timely manner.

It has been a pleasure working with Dianne over the last 10 months. Dianne is very knowledgeable in her role
and brings with her other experiences that have assisted her with the intergration into this role. Dianne has
been a helpful resource to me over the past 10 months and has assisted with many projects along the way.
Dianne is encouraged to continue the great work and continue to learn new tasks. This will help Dianne excel
in her professional and personal life.

This position has been very rewarding and challenging. It has encouraged me to pursue professional
development and has ignited my desire to learn new things. The current dynamics of co-workers and
management team have been helpful and have shared their knowledge to allow me to excel in my position. !
