You may use CAPITALINE to download the data.
First worksheet should be titled as "P & L Account" and should have P & L data downloded from capitaline
Second worksheet should be titled as "balance sheet" and should have Balance sheet data downloded from capitaline
Third worksheet should be titled as "cash flow statement" and should have cash flow statement data downloded from capitalin
Forth works sheet should be titled as "M Score" - (See the link in next column for example)
Fifth works sheet should be titled as "Altman Z Score" - (See the link in next column for example)
Sixth works sheet should be titled as "Accruals"
Seventh worksheet should be titled as "Overall Analysis"
Overall analysis will have
M Score, Z Score, and Total acrual for your assigned company from 2010 to 2017
Interpret your findings about companies financial quality based on above three calculation i.e. M Score, Z score and Total Accru
Extra charts, figures and information (if needed) should be written in Eight worksheet titled as "Extra Info"
All the calculation should be in excel through formula using worksheets like P & L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
