PHYSICAL STOCK TAKING REPORT

The activity of Physical Stock taking of Central Store Sec-08, Noida was completed from
12-11-10 to 18-11-10 along with Mr Proteep Gargary (Store Incharge) and Avdhesh. The
list of physical stock v/s ERP stock with variation is attached.
The findings and observations related to inventory are as below:

Stock efficiency
1. There are total 921 stocked items.
2. There are 680 items (74%) which have no unit value. These are out of valuation.
Only 26% items are covered in valuation. According to Store person, which items
have no value, have been received through shifting. Due to non availability of unit
rate in challans / gate passes which are received from various sites, he cannot do
valuation.
3. There are 09 items out of 921 are in positive, value- 6131.00
4. There are 104 items out of 921 are in negative, value- 319481.00

MRN qty- 9440 kgs (MRN prepared without weighing the vehicle)
Actual qty- 4420 kgs (5020 kgs found short after verification as per
theoretical calculation)
According to store person, material was received in night and there were two
items in the vehicle, so he could not do the weight verification.
