This is the day that the Lord has made, we will be
glad and rejoice in it!
As we celebrate our 86th Church Anniversary
today, we are reminded of God’s goodness and grace
for the past 86 years that UCCP Cosmopolitan Church
has experienced, and we now look forward to another
86 years of God’s continued guidance and inspiration,
anchoring on the theme “Living Out God’s Commands
in These Changing Times.”
This year’s anniversary theme is a re-statement and an attempt at simplifying for
our purpose and celebration the UCCP’s 2nd year Quadrennium sub-theme which states
“Making the Teachings of Moses and the Prophets Come True in These Chaning Times.”
