Viscosity: 8,000-10,000 cps (RVT Spindle #6, 10 RPM, 1 min, 25°C)

Procedure
1. Weigh out the water and begin adding ingredients of Phase A, mixing
well between each addition.
2. Add RapiThix A-60 and mix until uniform.
3. Slowly add ingredients of Phase C, mixing well between each addition.
4. Pre-mix Cremophor CO-40 with the fragrance then add to the batch
and mix until uniform. Add the color and mix until uniform.
