I. Aspectos generales
1. Contenido.
A. Definition of planning.
The efforts that are made in order to meet objectives and realize various
purposes are framed within a planning. This process requires respecting a
series of steps that are fixed at first, for which those who prepare a planning
use different tools and expressions.
Planning involves working in the same line from the beginning of a project,
since multiple actions are required when each of the projects is organized.
Your first step, experts say, is to draw the plan that will be finalized later.
In an organization, managers are the ones who have to make the plans that
will be governed by planning. The operation and execution of the plans may
have been carried out by a single person or another individual, who must
necessarily know and understand the level of planning that has been or could
be carried out.
The person who develops the plans can also be the one who makes the
decisions, although an organizational structure is usually established from
where the rules and policies of the organization are established. This is where
the roles, roles and scope of the members are defined.
B. Planning.
It should be noted that, in a broad sense, planning is carried out almost every
moment, even on a day-to-day basis. For example, when a person decides to
take a taxi to get to a certain place, they will have planned how to travel more
quickly and effectively. However, it can also be done in the long term and
with decisions involving thousands of people, such as the case of planning
carried out in a large multinational corporation.
C. Program.
In addition to the aforementioned language, the source file and the link
editor, the executable file, the compiler or the object file are also
fundamental in any computer program or computer program.
D. Objectives.
The objective is called the goal you want to reach or the goal you want to
achieve. It is what drives the individual to make decisions or pursue their
aspirations. It is synonymous with destination, end, goal.
Target is also someone who expresses himself without his way of thinking or
feeling influencing his ideas or opinions. He is an impartial or dispassionate
person. For example: "Jorge tried to be objective in his comments".
On the other hand, objective is also what is called the point of view of a
weapon or the target to which it points.
The general objective: is one that focuses on a global aspect of the study.
In this sense, it is the fundamental purpose of the investigation and where
the final result that is intended to be achieved with the work is exposed.
The specific objective: it is the one that is proposed based on more concrete
or precise aspects of the research, derived, therefore, from the general
objectives.
E. Goals.
A goal is the end toward which actions or desires are directed. In general, it
is identified with the objectives or purposes that a person or an organization
is marked.
Goal is a term that is known to the objectives or purposes that usually a
person poses in everyday life. When the component of any organism meets
all the established parameters of the task, it will obtain the result of its
execution or goal. The goals can also be a tool for those processes in which
the preparation of a product is pursued, the obtaining of a knowledge or the
fulfillment of an expectation, let's see:
In the studies, of any level, the person outlines the knowledge obtained in
the classroom or laboratory, combines them with those obtained from the
bibliographic review and establishes a time and conditions of learning. You
will meet your goal when you feel ready for the evaluation that your
facilitators or teachers will give you.
In many aspects of daily life, people have expectations, issues they want to
have, acquire or achieve, but for this they must meet requirements or
conditions that are usually not at hand, so it is necessary to make a function
as per example, raising money or dieting to meet the goal of buying the car
or getting into old pants. In some Spanish-speaking countries the word meta
is used in football to describe the goal-scoring goal, the goalkeeper is called
goalkeeper.
The word meta is also used a lot in sports, the end of the line of a race, the
checkered flag of a race track or the end of a road is called a goal. This
complements in a simpler way the idea that a goal is the end of a process,
the completion of a task or the result or achievement obtained in a given
task.
Both the policies and the projects carried out by the public sector require
important human resources, sometimes not available to the public sector
itself. Along with this, the increasing complexity of public policies and their
multidisciplinary implications make it difficult to implement policies and
projects with the Administration's own resources.
The technical offices carried out by Novadays -some of which have been
extended for more than a decade- address a wide variety of activities from
the complete management of complex programs or initiatives, public
procurement offices for specific policies or projects, project management.
public, etc.
Our objective at this moment in the public policy cycle is simply to provide
the public manager with all the resources he needs to make the execution of
his policies and projects possible.
4. Recomendaciones.
