    CHILI DOG SAUCE

    This one is TOP SECRET - do not share it!!!!! Prep Time: 15 Minutes Servings: 14-16
    Cook Time: 45 Minutes CHILI DOGS
    INGREDIENTS:
    1 Lb. Ground Beef DIRECTIONS:
    1 c. water
    Saute onions in a couple drops of oil until translucent.
    2 c. tomato juice
    Add ground beef , water, tomato juice and all other
    5 tbsp. minced onion
    seasonings. Stir occasionally and let chili simmer for
    3 tbsp. worchestershire 45 minutes to thicken some.
    1 tsp. cumin Steam some buns, boil some hotdogs and serve with
    3 tsp. cayanne (for a real kick use 4-5) cole slaw - its amazing but this recipe is ONLY for YOU.
    1 tsp. salt You might be tempted to grill the hotdogs but with this chili,
    1 tsp. pepper boiled hotdogs are better!

    Bob’s Cole Slaw Shred cabbage, toss in sweet relish, mayo. seasoning
    Head of Cabbage 1 c. Dukes Mayonnaise Stir well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    1/2 c. sweet relish dash of salt & pepper In the south, they put it on top of their chili dogs!
