Our selection process is based on a structured and systematic approach, which is proactive,
detailed and target oriented. This process begins with understanding the clients’ needs and
goes all the way to follow-up with both clients and candidates post recruitment.
– People Mapping
Once the target industry/company list is agreed upon, we will utilize our sources
and networks along with our database to develop an initial candidate list
First Shortlist: Based on people mapping, we will draw up an initial list of target
candidates. The most promising of these will be presented as a list of people we intend
to approach
Interviews: For the most appropriate candidates, we will prepare a detailed résumé and
evaluation summary to facilitate the interview process. On receiving feedback from the
candidates and you on the meetings, we will work along with you to draw up a final
shortlist
Reference Check: We will conduct detailed references on the candidate you wish to
hire. If required, we could conduct a background check through appropriate agencies
