Our selection process is based on a structured and systematic approach, which is proactive,
detailed and target oriented. This process begins with understanding the clients’ needs and
goes all the way to follow-up with both clients and candidates post recruitment.

 Understanding the client organization with regard to existing business activities,


organization structure & culture and future growth plans
 Mapping position specific competencies including job title, deliverables, principal
accountabilities, key result areas and other relevant details
 Search Target Plan: Keeping in mind the orientation, our engagement team will
establish a search strategy to effectively target desired candidates

we will contact them, apprise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the
position. We will then evaluate them with the aim of determining a profile match with
the job and understand the suitability & interest of candidates. In addition to personal
interviews, we may use Psychometric assessment tools such as Thomas Profiling

 Interviews: For the most appropriate candidates, we will prepare a detailed résumé and
evaluation summary to facilitate the interview process. On receiving feedback from the
candidates and you on the meetings, we will work along with you to draw up a final
shortlist

 Reference Check: We will conduct detailed references on the candidate you wish to
hire. If required, we could conduct a background check through appropriate agencies

 Post joining follow up for at least 3 months to ensure smooth transition
