IMPLEMENTATION
 An am bitious, never-before Program like e-Pragati is proposed to be im plem ented in a M ission M ode,
w ith clear tim elines. The procurem ent for e-Pragati Program w ill be in 4 m ajor w aves over the period from
Novem ber 15 to Jan 16. GoAP, in association w ith W ipro as the Program consultants, is designing the
e-Pragati Requirem ents Specification (ePRS) Docum ents for all the 14 Packages and 72 Projects.
