Part of Carpenter Technology Corporate, Aceros Fortuna is the most important distributor of Special Steels
and other metals for the industrial sectors in Mexico including automotive, oil and gas, heavy trucks and
manufacturing. Total sales over $ 40 million Usd per year and total employees over 240. Corporate offices
and 5 branches around country.
My team was in charge of demand planning, management of supply chain, and overall foreign trade
management (imports and exports).
Responding to corporate restructuring processes, from September 2013 to date I've been in charge of
General Management of Sales, Operations and Marketing departments.

MAIN ACHIVEMENTS:
• Sales increase over 30%.
• Increase on Operating income over 200% in 2 years’ period.
• Improve Sales mix. Reach more than 40% of total sales in Contractual sales.
• Complete the contract process with the 3 major customers of the company.
