Physical Measurement (At Rally Site)

Physical measurements will be carried out as per the Physical standards listed at Para 2 above
MEDICAL TEST
(a) As per laid down medical standards at the Rally site
(b) Unfit candidates will be referred to MH for specialist review Candidates referred for specialist review should
present themselves to the nominated MH with in 14 days of the referral and report back to RO (HO) for issued of Admit
Card for CEE in case declared FlT.
WRITTEN TEST THROUGH COMMON ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (CEE)
(a) Will be conducted for medically flt candidates at nominated venue. Location, Date and time of written test will be
intimated through Admit Cards.
(b) Admit card for the CEE for the Rally flt candidates will be issued al Rally Site itself
(c) Admit card for the CEE for the Review Fit cases will be issued after getting medically fit by concerned specialist
specialists at lvlH.

5. Candidates are required to bflng following documents / certificates in original with two attested photocopies with them to
the rally site:-

(a) Admit Card Printed on Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size)

(b) Certificates:-

(i) Education Certificate Education Certiflcates with marks sheet of all educational qualifications
achieved by candidate i.e lvlatric /lntermedrate/Graduation etc from recognized School/College/Board/University

(ii) Provisional/online education certificate should be certified and signed by the head of the education
institution of concerned Board/University.

(iii) Open School/NIOS Candidates with metric certific€te from open school should bring School
Leaving Certilicate countersigned by BEO/DEO. Candidate studred from NIOS, requrred to produce transfer cert
CfC) of class I'n/g'n duly counlersigned by the respective District Education Officer to authenlicate rts correctness

(iv) Degree holder candrdate will produce Provisional/Original Degree issued by University

(c) Domicile Certificate Domicile certificate with photographs, issued by Tehsildar/ District lvlagistrate

(d) Caste Certificate Caste Certificate affixed with photograph of the candidate, issued by the Tehsildar /
Drstrict Magistrate

documents:-

(i) Relationshrp certillcate issued from respective Records office only duly signed by Records Officer with
Personal number, Rank, Name and particulars of the Records officer issuing the Relation certificate with oflice
seal / stamp is endorsed.

(ii) A declaration to the affect as menlioned below in Affidavit on minimum Ten Rupees Non-Judicial Stamp
paper prepared by the ESM duly signed by l"rclass/ Executive/Judrcial Magistrate is required to be submitted by
the candidates at rally site. The ESM will mention particular ot all sons including name, dat of birth and their
emptoymenuoccupation rn the affidavit and declare that" I am willing to avail SOEX benefils for only one son
name_, whose Date of Birth is _. I have not availed SOS/SOEX beneflts for another son earlier, if my
statements is found fake /wrong at later state, legal action c€n be inilialed against me besides candidature of my
son will be cancelled by the military authority I Shall never challenge tor the same in the Hon'ble Court of Law."

(iiD Original Discharge Book of ESM also to be produced Name and date of birth of the candidate musl
have been recorded in it.

(k) NCC Certificate. NCC tuB/C ce ficates and Republic Day parade certiflcate should have photographs of the
candidate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A,/B/C pass certificates will only be accepted if

(l) Sports Certificate

(i) Sportsmen who have represented lndia at lnternational level and State at National level within the last

(ii) Sp-ortsmen who have represented District at State level and University team or regional team at district
level with 1"'/2"'position within last two years. Sports certillcate should be with registration number and from
Govt recognized sports institutes/bodies as under :-

(aa) All Sr/Jr National Championship Certilicates - Respective National Federation.

(ab) certificates
All Slate & Distt level - Respective State Sports Association
(ac) All University level certificates - lnter University Sports Board.
(ad) All school level certificates - All lndia School Games Federation

(m) Affidavit. Should be downloaded from individual user lD created on www.ioinindianarmv.nic.in and duly
signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-judicial stamp paper and attested by notary Same should be submitted alongwith
documents at rally site

(n) AADHAR Card. Aadhar Card is mandatory document for the rally purpose

(o) Candidate below the age of 18 years should bring the certific€te duly signed by the parenls/guardians and
attested by village Sarpanch, stating that the "l am sending my son name _ date of birth _ for recruitment in
Army on my own interest and there is no objection on him joining the Army. I shall not ask for any compensation
due to any injury/illness sustained by my son during screening"

Special lnstructions (Peculiar to Rtg Zone if any) (Example)

Mool Niwas Praman Patra/Jati Praman Patra is required as per Govt of Rarasthan website (E-Mitra).

6 Special lnstructions

(a) Candidates are allowed to take part in only one category during the recruitment rally.

(b) Recruitment is purely based on merit list depending on available vacancies. Candidates do not have any right to
claim for recruitment in the Army just by passing in the recruitment process

(c) lf any candidate requires correction due to wrong entry data on the web site, he may report to Recruiting Office
(HQ), Jaipur (Raj) on working days between 0900 hrs lo 1400hrs alongwith all original documents.

(d) Candidates/Father/l\4other/Relative of candidale will not have any rights for claiming compensalion or to hold
lndian GoWlndian Army responsible for any injury, death, disease or disability suffered dunng the various physical tests
undergone by the candidate at the time of recruitment. All candidates will be appearing for various tests in their own
interest and risk.

(e) Candidates not in possession of requisite certiflcates are liable for rejection

(D ln case of any clarification at rally site, approach the 'Grievance Cell'

(S) lvlatric certificate, Domicile (lvlool Niwas) Certiflcate, caste cerlificate, police verification certiflcate, affidavil as per
given format and Aadhar card as per admit card are mandatory during the documenlation. Candidate failing to produce
the same will be rejected at rally site itself

7 lmportant lnstructions

(a) Administration. Candidates are advised to bring sufficient eatables and drinking water with them since
recruitment is a time consuming process.

(b) Candidates will be permitted entry into the rally site only on production of Admit Card in duplicate generated
online through the official websile www joinindianarmy nic.in. Anyone found with fake admit card will be handed over to
Civil Police.

(c) Recruitment into the army is a free service. Candidates are advised not to pay bribe to any one for recruitment
as it is based purely on merit. Selection process during recruitment at all stages is compulerized and transparent.
Therefore, candidates are advised to be beware of touts as they cannot help them at any stage

(d) Candidates are advised to check their age & education criteria before participating in the rally Candidates found
under age / overage and not meeting education criteria will be disqualifled

(e) Giving / taking bribe, production of bogus / fake certificates and indulging in unfair means is a criminal
office and liable for punishment under law.

(0 Certificates with overwritrng, tampering of seals or erasing/alteration of any type will not be accepted

(s) All documents submitted bv the candidates are ve bv oovernment aoencies before enrolment into

(h) Candidates not in possession of Documents mentioned in oara 5. are liable to be reiected from takinq

leave the rally site to brino the documents

(j) No compensation for Death / injury / loss etc during the rally and no lravelling allowance / dearness allowance for
journey is admissible. Candidates will participate rn the rally at their own risk and the participation is totally and entirely
voluntary.

(k) Use of Performance Enhancinq Druos. Use of any kind of performance enhancing drugs is strictly banned
Candidates having been found to have used the same will be debarred from further screening.

(l) Tattoo. Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearms i.e From inside of elbow to
the vyrist and on the reverse side of palm I back (dorsal) side of hand. Permanent bodv tattoos on any other part
of the body are not acc eotable and candidates are likelv to be REJECT ED for further selection

(m) lf 180 days or more lapse between screenrng medical at the rally and despalch, medical will be done again and
unfit candidates in this review will not be recruited

(n) Selection is provisional till Rahdari Certificate is issued and candidates are dispatched for training.

(o) lvlobile phones, smart watches and any other recording devices are not permitted in the rally site.

(p) Candidates are advised in their own interest to undergo medical exam before coming for selection especially
with respect to flat foot, poor vision, deformities and physical measurements All are advised to ensure that their ears are
free of wax by getting it cleaned by a doctor prior to the rally.

(q) Candidates may have to present themselves at rally site for three to four days. Candidates should make
arrangemenls for stay under their own arrangemenls

G) Negative markrng would be applicable in CEE

(s). Result of written examination will be declared on the official website joinindianarmy.nic.in. No separate letter
will be senttothe candidate. lt isthe responsibility ofcandidale to check his resultand report to ARO for documentation.
