CONTRACT FOR RENT OF COMMERCIAL STAND

LOS ANGELES FAIR

By means of the present contract document of rental of a Commercial Stand, those celebrate on one side the International Fair of Los Angeles, with address
at 1358 Wilcox Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90028, USA. represented by its General Manager Spencer Smith, identified with D.I. No. 10107770, who will be
called the lessor and on the other hand Mr. Evelio Otalvaro, identified with D.I. N ° 79741776 and with address at Calle 98 # 118-51, Bogotá, Colombia.
Who will be called the lessee; agree the following terms and conditions:

FIRST, Main object: The lessor, will rent a stand located in hall 1, row C, stand number 128 for commercial use.

SECOND, Validity: The contract will be valid for three days, which will take effect from July 10, 2019, until July 13, 2019.

THIRD, Price: The amount of rent will be two thousand eight hundred dollars, for the three days of the event, which will be canceled 50% upon signing
this contract and the balance once the stand is physically delivered, for its adaptation to the event.

QUARTER, Features: The commercial stand is 16m2 in aluminum and wood, without walls, open concept with complete furniture such as tables, chairs,
