Summary
The writer’s intention is to explain the advantages of aqua aerobics. Exercise is
important, when maintaining a healthy lifestyle. There are great alternatives to land aerobics.
An excellent one is aqua aerobics. It supports your weight, strengthens opposing muscles and
effectively dissipates body heat. Also, your heart rate will drop, and you can jump higher. This
proves “no pain, no gain” is bogus.
