Description
In this lesson students will learn how to complain about a package holiday through listening activities. They will
share their own problems they have had on their holidays. Some words will be checked and they will have a role
play activity to practice the target language.

Main Aims
 To provide gist, detailed and deduction listening practice using a text about Travel and Tourism in the
context of Complaining about a package holiday

Subsidiary Aims
 To provide fluency speaking practice in a role play in the context of Complaining about a package holiday
 To provide review and practice of complaining in the context of a holiday package
