Dear Ms. Man-on,

Good day.

I am writing this letter due to my intention in becoming a part of the DepEd Institution, Division of
Cebu City. I came to read an advertisement in Jobstreet Philippines that DepEd Cebu is currently
accepting applicants for the School Nurse Position. I would like to take my chance in becoming part of
this government institution.

I had my previous experiences in the hospital as a nurse that help me develop my nursing skills in
assessing patients, proper documentation and finding solutions or alternative solutions in each
unique problem with the cooperation of the rest of the health care team. I also work as a CSR and TSR
in some BPO companies, but that does not stop me in showing the nursing attitude that I have and it
help me develop my skills in doing multitasking in a fast pace environment. Currently, I am working as
a case admin for an American Insurance that must be dealt with out most confidentiality. This present
job that I have enables me to be more keen with the details with regard to the encoding of patients
profile and activate my critical analysis for approving or disapproving insurance claims.
