MAU- Civil ( Finishing work and Punch list )
GBE- MEP ( Install cable tray, pulling cable, inatall street lamp, install pipe hydrant, sprinkler , install box
hydrant, )
MCL – Steel Structure ( Welding, bracing and painting)
Taiyo Sinar - Process ( Install machine and tank , install pipe and electrical procees)
DCR – WWTP (Finishing and punchlist WWTP)
Samudra Korindo – Cargo Lift ( Install cage, Painting and bracing)

Audit result and summary this month still need improvement with HSE contractor to implement
this site.

II. Result from Joint Safety Walks and safe committee meetings
Main finding of safety patrol of November was dominated by Housekeeping, where the
contractors must be remove material that is not used at site

Check septic tank toilet temporary and check all equipment and generator
