Klien mendapatkan intervensi Breathing Exercise selama 4 hari.

viii ABSTRACT
Breathing Exercise is one of the many breath physiotherapy developed in the
study of nursing to improve pulmonary ventilation function for 4 days. Based on observations on 4 April to 29 April 2016 Space ICU RSI Jemursari Surabaya that the implementation of physiotherapy breath: Breathing Exercise on client post extubation mechanical ventilation less than the maximum. The purpose of this writing implement nursing interventions based on Evidence Based Nursing (EBN) Breathing Exercise on Acute Lung edema client (ALO) post extubation mechanical ventilation with the ineffectiveness of nursing problems breathing patterns in the ICU RSI Jemursari Surabaya. The application uses the case study method is the management of patients with Acute Lung edema (ALO) post extubation mechanical ventilation. Clients get the intervention of Breathing Exercise for 4 days. The results of the implementation of Breathing Exercise showed improvement of pulmonary oxygenation function of ventilation, breathing pattern and O2 saturation on day 3 post-extubation. In conclusion, the management of the client application requires Breating Exercise in improving breathing patterns for 4 days and then moved the room, this is because the client application periodically and regularly do breathing exercises.
