Statement of Understanding

The National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago has issued and Massy Technologies Infocom
Limited (MTITL) has responded to a Request for Proposal for the design and implementation of an End-
to-End ICT Solution to be used by approximately xxx employees spread across sixteen (16) functional
area situated across eighteen (18) locations.

The required solution should be a new-age multi-tiered / web enabled solution in order to align with
International best practices and the NIBTT’s Strategic Plan to undertake organizational transformation to
achieve gains in customer service and to facilitate maximum business efficiency.
