A. Summary:

Rising prices of goods and services within particular economy

called Inflation.
Now a day’s inflation and unemployment are the two most talk –
about in our society. These are the big problems cause all of economies.
As we all know what inflation exactly is but it remains a source of great
deal of confusion because it is difficult to define it specific.
Rising price of goods and services it is considered by some
people a financial tragedy because of what it does to the budget of people
especially to those with lots of children to educate, and also to those
unemployed people hard to earned just to provide the needs of their
children. It could be the reason to increase the number of crime in our
country they may even think of stealing to meet their needs.
Last August 2018 the price of vegetable and fish was increased
they blamed because of “hangin habagat” but it is the example of inflation
and todays the price of fish is 100 become 120 because of the limited of
supply.

B. Application

Inflation it can be apply to our daily lives because we’ve

experiencing now of what we called inflation that all of commodities
now a days are rising price. Inflation also give to us a big problem
not only to the student but most especially is to our parents that will
strive to earn enough money just to pay our tuition and allowances
in school.
One of the reason I’m taking this course, is to finish my study,
and to find a good job someday so that I can pay back of my parents
and to help also to fill their daily needs, to pay their sacrifices and
make them proud of me it may also bring a smile of their faces. That
in fact of the footway of sacrifice, as long as they see that we have
finished our study and have a stable job soon it will give happiness
in their life.

1. How does this materials relate to your own life experience

My experience in my life, when I was kid my grandparents was used to told me a

scenario that when he was a kid he could buy a candy bar, a loaf of bread cost of
25 cents, a new car could be bought for less than 1, 000, and the average house
price was around 5, 000. Today, bread, cars, houses and just everything else
cost a lot more. The general price levels in our country is rise. And clearly now
were experiencing a significant amount of inflation in our country.
