PROCLAMATION OF PEACE

Truth is universal.
To the best of my knowledge and belief the following statements are true and correct.
The Declaration of Independence establishes that it is self evident that the rights of man are derived
from their creator and not from institutions created by men. Governments are institutions established by
men to secure their rights.
The laws of nature are immutable, immovable and irrefutable. Nature’s law is a law of conscience.
The laws of nature dictate that one gets back only that which he put forth.
Men come together to form societies. These societies join to form nations. In America we call these
nations States and they are independent of each other. The 50 nation States, by compact, have formed
a union called the United States of America for purposes of recognition as a single nation in the family of
nations.
The laws of nature are binding on all men. The only crime is the trespass against the unalienable
rights of another. Just as it is a crime for one man to trespass against the rights of another man it is a
crime for one nation to trespass against the rights of another nation. Just as the trespass by one man
against the rights of another man is an affront to the whole society, the trespass of one nation against
another nation is an affront to the family of nations.
War is an absence of respect for the rights of another. It is trespass against another.
In his natural state, man lives at peace with his neighbors. By extension, nations in their natural
state live at peace with their neighbors. It is the duty and obligation of both men and nations to live in
peace.
Only in a state of peace can man pursue his happiness. Only in a state peace can man be assured
of domestic tranquility. A state of war and a state of peace are mutually exclusive. A state of war
deprives men and nations of their natural right to live in a state of peace and harmony with each other.
In this country, a state of war has existed continuously since the first Monday in December of 1860.
This state of war has permitted the President of the United States to assume legislative and judicial
powers, including the ability to wage war without a declaration of Congress, in effect allowing one man to
abolish the Republican form of government along with the separation of powers and reconstruct the
nation and its political and social institutions. That the failure to proclaim the cessation of hostilities, by
any President since 1860, has perpetrated and perpetuated a state of involuntary servitude on every
American man and woman, and instituted a regime where the people serve the government and the
government no longer serves the People or the States that formed it. Failure of the President to proclaim
that the hostilities between the North and South have ceased has left us in a perpetual state of war. We
are not a belligerent People and have no desire to promulgate a government that is constantly at war with
us and with the people of other nations.
We the People declare the cessation of hostilities. In a state of nature it is our right to live in peace.
It is our duty and obligation to protect our right to live in a natural state, that is, a state of peace. We
hereby proclaim that we are withdrawing our full faith and credit from a War Powers government and from
this day forward pledge our full faith and credit to a state of Peace.
I pledge my life, my fortune and my sacred honor to the expression of peace from this day forward.
