STATEMENT OF PROBLEM

Mc Donald Inc. presently gives numerous one of kind products to consumers. The primary
product is food, however several different options are currently very famous within the business
enterprise. Together with the food, pasta is another big supplier within the employer's important
dishes. The enterprise presently gives four styles of pasta: chook lasagna, pasta, fowl pasta,
macaroni cheese. However when we buy food or pasta, we have to watch for 25 or 30 minutes.
This waste isn't always conducive to trendy market. Due to the fact all of us is busy at the agenda
these days they are trying to do their paintings in less time. Therefore, if they prefer food, they
may now not visit McDonald's for a waste of time. And while we buy food in different
international locations, they've a variety of food. In McDonald, Sri Lanka, they have the equal

MAIN OBJECTIVE

 To identify customer attitude on the new global product.

 To identify customer satisfaction on new product and food quality of Mc Donald.
 To give recommendations to the Mc Donald.

Methodology

Population

The target population refers to the entire population or subject who is interested in promoting
the conclusions. The target population usually has variable characteristics and is otherwise
referred to as the theoretical population .

In my research project, I listed all Mc Donalds customers in Sri Lanka as target audiences.

Sample size of the population

The sample size measures the number of individual samples measured or the observations used
in the survey or experiment. I chose thirty McDonald's clients in the western province of Sri
Lanka.
Sampling method

The sampling method is a list of actual cases from which samples are taken. The sampling
method must represent the population. In general, sampling techniques can be divided into two
types. They are probabilistic or random sampling and non-probabilistic or non-random sampling.
Probability sampling methods can be divided into five categories. They are simple random
sampling methods, systematic sampling methods, stratified sampling methods, cluster sampling
methods and multi-stage sampling methods. Non-probability sampling methods are convenient
sampling methods, destination sampling methods, fixed sampling methods and snowball
sampling methods.

I chose a non-probability for my research project to facilitate sampling. Because I think this is
the best and fastest way to organize information and analysis for my research.

Data collection method

For the purposes of this study, primary and secondary data will be collected and used in order to
achieve the goals. I plan to collect the main data of my research through a structural
questionnaire. I am considering distributing the structured questionnaire to 30 Mc Donalds
customers in Western Sri Lanka. The sample size of my research is 30.
For this study, the closed-ended question was designed to ask for an answer, which narrowed the
field of investigation because respondents chose a fixed answer. They also help me analyze the
data more easily because it is straightforward to compare responses and easily exacerbate.
My research questionnaire is divided into two parts, 1 and 2. My goal is to find out the general
information, gender, age, education level and job expertise under Part 1 and the customer attitude
towards new foods in Part 2.

Data Analyzing

Data analysis is the most important part of any research. Data analysis summarizes the
knowledge gathered. It involves interpreting data collected through the use of analytical and
logical reasoning to determine patterns, relationships or trends.

I am interested in using quantitative data analysis for my research because it is easy to find and
analyze data. Quantitative data analysis can include calculations of variable frequencies and
differences between variables.
