Whereas Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority has proposed the Road

iVidening connection with the formation of 100 wide road from National Highway 16 to
each road via N.V.P.Law College and Sriram Properties, as per the sanctioned Master Plan
of Visakhapatnam approved by the Government vide RDP No.3/2015, issued vide
G.O.Ms.No.1 19 MA,Dt.28-03-2017 & U.D., for award of Transferable Developmental Right
(TDR) Certificate for the sites required for public purpose / implementation of Master Plan,
award TDR Certificate for the site situated in S.N.325/3 (carved out from Sy.no.325/1) of
FVfadhurawada (V), Rural Mandal Visakhapatnam in the name of SRI KARUKONDA
MALLIKARJUNA RAO, son of late Appala Narayana and Others residing at Door No. 1-
Near Law College, Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam vide TDR No.01-2018,
L.T.No..78/2017/P1g/L5, issued on dated 06-04-2018 (Award of Transferable Development
.fight Proceedings Rc.No.23229/2011/Estate/L-1,Dt.07-09-2017) for an extent of
7526.90Sq.mts or 9002.40Sq.yards after vesting the said site/property in VUDA ,
Iisakhapatnam. IT)
