1. Click start
2. Click Run
3. In the Run dialog box type shutdown –a press enter

Permanent resolution:
1. Upgrade to the latest version of Windows 8 or Windows 10
2. If upgrade of existing Windows 7/XP is not possible then:
3. Install the latest windows security patches
4. Run the Mwave Antivirus Tool
5. Turn the windows firewall “ON”
