    In contemporary societies the importance of the mass media and in

    particular of television, and digital media is increasing These influence


    the way people act or think, manages to modify the way men know and
    understand the reality that surrounds them.

    The content of the media has a great social responsibility to inform and
    educate society with ethics and morals, but I think that today it is an
    ideal, because much of the content that is issued, is distorted
    information at the convenience of the oligarchy that has power over the
    means of communication, no matter how harmful or true the
    information may be, They have the possibility of giving people the
    message they want and not necessarily the one that suits the
    citizenship. Their economic and political interests prevail over their
    obligation to inform and serve society.

    The media offer patterns of behavior, models, attitudes and activities


    that are part of the often individualistic, aggressive and superficial
    behaviors in which most children, youth and adults are involved.
