Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi disertai dengan

kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran akan menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang
menyenangkan. Berdasarkan wawancara pada 6 peserta didik dari 3 sekolah yang
berbeda model pembelajaran konvensional masih diterapkan dalam kegiatan
belajar mengajar. Untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan
komunikasi yang berfungsi sebagai media untuk membantu proses pembelajaran
agar lebih efektif dan bermakna, peneliti mengembangkan media ICT berbasis
Adobe Flash yang memuat materi persamaan garis lurus dengan melihat aspek
validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model
Research and Development (R&D) yang terdiri dari 10 tahap penelitian. Dalam
penerapannya peneliti hanya terbatas sampai tahap ke 6 yang dimulai dari: (a)
tahap potensi dan masalah; (b) tahap pengumpulan data; (c) tahap desain; (d)
tahap validasi oleh validator media dan materi; (e) tahap revisi dan (f) tahap uji
coba produk pada 6 peserta didik dari 3 sekolah yang berbeda. Hasil dari penilaian
validitas media diperoleh dari ahli media mendapat persentase 85,9% sehingga
termasuk kategori valid, dari ahli materi mendapat persentase 85,7% sehingga
termasuk kategori valid. Media ICT ini dinyatakan praktis dengan 98,1%
termasuk kategori respon sangat positif serta pernyataan validator bahwa media
ICT berbasis Adobe Flash tersebut dapat digunakan dengan revisi kecil atau tanpa
revisi, yang telah diisi pada lembar validasi. Penilaian keefektifan media diperoleh
dari respon keefektifan peserta didik dengan 88,9% termasuk kategori respon
sangat positif dan hasil pengisian soal tes menunjukkan 83,3% peserta didik
mendapat skor lebih dari 75.

The development of information and communication technology along

with the creativity of teachers in learning will create a fun learning process. Based
on an interview on 6 learners from 3 different schools the conventional learning
model is still applied in the teaching and learning activities. To maximize the
utilization of information and communication technology that serves as a medium
to help the learning process to make it more effective and meaningful, researchers
develop ICT-based Adobe Flash media that contains the material equations of
lines straight by looking at aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This
research uses the model of Research and Development (R&D), which consists of
10 stages of research. In its application the researcher is only limited to the stage
which starts from: (a) the stage of potential and problems; (b) the stage of data
collection; (c) the design phase; (d) the stage of validation by the validator media
and materials; (e) the revision stage and (f) on the test stage 6 learners from 3
different schools. The result of the assessment of the validity of the media
retrieved from media expert gets a percentage of 85.9% of valid categories,
making of expert material gets a percentage of 85.7% so that the categories
include valid. ICT media is expressed practically with 98.1% including the
category of very positive response as well as the statement that the media'S ICT-
based validator Adobe Flash can be used with or without minor revision, revision
of which had been filled in sheets of validation. Assessment of the effectiveness of
the media retrieved from the response effectiveness of learners with 88.9% of the
extremely positive response includes categories and the results of the tests show a
question of charging 83.3% of the students scored more than 75.
