Por recibido los autos que remite el Tercer Juzgado Especializado de

Familia de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Lima Norte, y; siendo que el
superior en grado mediante resolución cuatro de fecha 04 de Octubre del
2018 (p. 116 a 118) resuelve confirmar la sentencia emitida mediante
resolución número ocho de fecha 13 de octubre del 2017 a fojas 77 a 82, por lo
tanto; CÚMPLASE CON LO ORDENADO POR EL SUPERIOR EN GRADO,
con conocimiento de las partes procesales. Notifíquese. -
