PSBANK FLEXI PERSONAL LOAN

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What is The PSBank Flexi Personal Loan?

A: PSBank Flexi Personal Loan is the first and only personal loan product with a
revolving and term loan facility in an ATM card. It also allows customers to earn
rebates on any advance or excess payments made on their loan.

Q: What collateral will be asked from me to avail of the facility?

A: No collateral is required from you when applying for a PSBank Flexi Personal Loan.

Q: How much can I borrow?

A: The minimum credit line that we give is PhP20,000 and can go up to a maximum of
PhP250,000.

Q: How do I use my PSBank Flexi Personal Loan?

A: To access the credit line, you may:
Withdraw cash in any PSBank, Metrobank, BancNet, ExpressNet and Megalink
ATMs nationwide and Maestro-Cirrus ATMS worldwide
Use it as a debit card to enjoy cashless shopping in BancNet-affiliated stores
Issue a PSBank Flexi Personal Loan.

Q: Why is the PSBank Flexi Personal Loan better than a credit card?
A: PSBank Flexi Personal Loan is better than a credit card because:
It has an interest rate as low as 1.75% compared to the usual 3.5% for credit
cards. Credit cards charge an additional 5% for cash advances.
PSBank Flexi allows you to have the cash you need whenever you need it to:
o Make purchases in almost all types of establishments including wet
markets, tiangge, transportation terminals, machine shops, etc.
o Pay the cash price of an item being bought whereas using a credit card
will have a different selling price.
o Have the full discounted price.
o Access your funds from any ATM nationwide even worldwide because of
Maestro Cirrus.
o You can withdraw day and night, any time of the week.

Q: Why is the PSBank Flexi Personal Loan better than a personal term loan?
A: PSBank Flexi Personal Loan is better than a personal term loan because:

Interest is applied on the daily outstanding balance and not on the full credit line
amount. This means that if you don’t withdraw cash, no interest will be charged.
Unlike a term loan where interest is applied to the full loan amount whether you
use it or not.
PSBank Flexi Personal Loan gives you the security of having anytime anywhere
access to cash especially during financial emergencies.
