Subject:- Submission of Rate Quotation for Construction of Structural Work for Villa.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the subject matter, we here by quoting our best possible rates for the
structural work as covered area basis for your prestigious Residential project.

Scope of Work & Rates

 Covered Area Rates (Excluding: - All Raw Materials, Door Frame & M.S. Railing, Excavation,
Terrace Waterproofing & Brick Coba). Rate Basis as per below mention.

Parapet Wall. Excluding (All Raw Materials,
Excavation, Terrace Waterproofing & Brick Coba)

Payment Terms

 50 % Mobilization advance shall be paid by Client against shuttering material.

 70 % Payment of the quoted rates against the submission of the bill within three days.
 30 % Payment of the quoted rates against the submission of the bill within 10 days.

Other Terms and Conditions

 The rates are based on providing necessary Labour and Shuttering Materials provided by us.
All other materials should be provided by the Client free of cost at site.
 Electricity and water is provided by the Client free of cost at the site and Labour Hutment.
 Proper storage space shall be provided by Client on site.
 Drawings of Structural & Architectural shall be provided before the commencement of the
work on site.
 Proper space and materials for labour hutment shall be provided by Client free of cost near
site.
 Client will be solely liable for any kind of compensation in case of an accident at site.
 Goods and Service Tax shall be payable extra at the applicable rates along with the
submitted R.A. Bill.
