This Proposal is not a confirmation booking or a reservation. In order to make reservation, you will need to confirm and we will send you
CONTRACT EVENT LETTER,in which you need to sign and submit to Jambuluwuk Hotel & Resort. After we receive signed CONTRACT than we
will reserve rooms and function rooms for you.

4. Payment
- Downpayment of 50% of the estimated bill must be paid to secure reservation, by the latest 7 days after signing CONTRACT EVENT LETTER. If
there are no payment received after, Jambuluwuk Hotel has the right to cancel the whole reservation.
- Full payment must be paid 3 days before the event or The hotel has the right to cancel the event, and all down payment are non refundable.
- Changes of reservation must be settled by the latest 4 days before the event.
- Subtraction of the total bill charges is not allowed less than 4 days

5.Cancellation Policy
- Any payments is non refundable if cancelled.
- Early Departures and No show policy will be billed to your account of 100%.
- JambuluwukCiawi Resort reserves the right to charge the guest directly for this service should the agent fail to make full prepayment on the
day of agreement
