3.Abstract
Management requirement and definition is recognized as a important way in the delivery of a
successful and a software project, discipline is also required by different standards, rules,
regulations, and quality improvements initiatives. Creating, manipulating, security and
managing requirements is a challenge of IT, systems and development of product and projects
for indeed for every activity to establish a contractual relationship. Organization have to define
in attractive manner and manage requirements to ensure that they are meeting needs of the
customer, while providing staying and compliance on the schedule and within a budge.
This document is meant to capture the requirement of the project as given by the client and understood
by the project representative and solve their problems. This also acts as a reference for other phases in
design, coding, testing & maintenance etc. It also helps as a future reference for any enhancements of
requirement and specification.
