3.Abstract
Management requirement and definition is recognized as a important way in the delivery of a
successful and a software project, discipline is also required by different standards, rules,
regulations, and quality improvements initiatives. Creating, manipulating, security and
managing requirements is a challenge of IT, systems and development of product and projects
for indeed for every activity to establish a contractual relationship. Organization have to define
in attractive manner and manage requirements to ensure that they are meeting needs of the
customer, while providing staying and compliance on the schedule and within a budge.

The “BANKING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” undertaken as a project is based on relevant

technologies. The main aim of this project is to develop software for banking management
system.This project is to develop software for bank management system. This project has been
developed to carry the process quickly and easily, which is not possible with the manuals
systems, which is overcome by this software. Hence this project provides the complete solution
for the current banking management system.
 4.Introduction

This document is meant to capture the requirement of the project as given by the client and understood
by the project representative and solve their problems. This also acts as a reference for other phases in
design, coding, testing & maintenance etc. It also helps as a future reference for any enhancements of
requirement and specification.

This is also meant to be a guidance document for:

1. USER: To understand the functionality that would be implemented by the system.

2. SYSTEM DESIGNER: Sources for requirement specification needed for the design phase of

the system.

3. TESTER: To ensure that the testing requirement specification is according to the users. And

deliver high quality respose within few seconds.

5.Objective

The main and specific objective of the project is to prepare a application or software,which
could maintain data or information & provide a user friendly interface for retrieving all the
customer related details just in a short period of time, with 100% correctness. Software is
completely computerized ,so it is not a time consuming process. No Paper work required & can
be implemented further.
 6.Scope of the Project

“BANKING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” was developed for fulfill user requirements, however
there are lots of scope to improve the performance of the banking system in the field of user
interface, database performance, and query response time.etc.

For the future enhancement, there are many key points in the scope:

 Calculation system of interest is not implemented yet. It could be enhanced later.

 In the field of data security and system security.
 ATM machine with Electronic Data Interchange(EDI).
 Connections with 3rd party OLAP applications.

7.Feasibility Study
The main use of feasibility study is tried to find out whether a given solution would properly
work or not. To solve the main objective is not its proper solution but acquire its scope is the
main objective. It will focus in the following:

 Meet user requirements in a significant manner.

 Utilization of available resources would be properly managed.
 Cost effective system is achieved.
 Technically feasible system is developed.

The benefits that are contributed by the proposed computer based system is as follow:

 Provide Security and Maintenance of records.

 Make a secure access to data, easy for users.

 Provide accurate response to the users request for data and information.

 Since everything is done using computers, a lot of human effort is saved.

 Easy to maintain.
