TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND (P1,200,000) PESOS, in hand paid by
the BUYER unto SELLER, the latter hereby by these presents, SELL,
TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto BUYER, his heirs
and assigns, that above described parcel of land;
