"we are all well familiar with the Michigan Residential Code and its peramiters of licensing and regulated affairs. it is with great honor that cutting edge serves the city and county cleaning up kalamazoo. over the years we have been able to be atrusted liason for the county and others seeing that the managed properties stay clean, secure and safe. these properties have posed needs that are beyond general mowing and clean up that | have been happy to stretch toward by pointing the right people in the right place and at the right time to be able to perform licensed duties needed all while learning and growing myself . cutting edge is has gotten bigger than darnell where we have a host of licensed builders , licesnesed HVAC techs, Licensed plumbers licensed electricians and licensensed general contractors all of which collaborate happily. with me and all are on record performing their permitted duties being pulled by our licensed and skilled team in all instances and at all times all of which are required to be fully insured and showing proof of licenses as the paid subcontractors...anyone that knows how our company runs knows that darnell has been encouraged by the county of kalamazoo from supporting his property maintenance company and his mgmt. abilities over the years and . these additional needs posed in our city from blight and has since encouraged darnell to want to become a go to source with new construction endeavors through his new company yet to be named in which He will serve as the senior licensed builder in which will be solely a construction company. we thank mary and all those responsible for the push and encouragement ... we will continue to help mary balkema clean up the jobs nobody wants to and make sure the county stays safe and protected by having creditable and licensed techs on the siteswhere needed in which we are in charge of keeping safe, clean and eradicated from blight.
