Quantum computing works upon principles of quantum mechanics. Laws of
quantum mechanics allowing faster and less energy consumption computations comparing to classical computing. It’s well known that classical computers are using bits (which are the most basic unit of data) in order to store information and perform computations. So, quantum computers are working a little bit different. They are using qubits, which represent basic unit of quantum information. Thanks to the one of the fundamental principle of quantum mechanics, quantum superposition, quantum bits can be in both states (0 and 1) simultaneously.
