Open your favorite MOVING LIGHTS Template.

Save it as a new document.

a) Inserting your own logo

b) Inserting your own footer data

• open the Slide Master
• change the requested data on a layout slide
• copy the data to all the rest of the layout slides

c) Changing the total number of pages

• open the Slide Master
• go to the Master
• fill in the total number of pages

a) Changing the color of the background animation

• Open the lights_animation.PSD
• Open the Animation Palette: Window > Animation
• Select the first image in the animation
• Change the color with the aid of the layer adjustments,
e.g. with Hue/Saturation and Curves Adjustment Layers
• save the animation als a GIF by „Save for Web“
• Open your PowerPoint
• open the Slide Master and replace the animation

 b) Changing colors of the icon set
• Open the icons.psd
• Add your requested color to the icons
• Save the icons as transparent PNG by „Save for Web“
• Open your PowerPoint
• replace the requested icons

c) Changing the PowerPoint Color Scheme

• Open your PowerPoint
• Change to „Themes“
• Open the color and „Create Theme Colors...“

d) Inserting a static background picture

• Open the lights_static.PSD
• Change the colors with the aid of the layer adjustments,
e.g. with Hue/Saturation and Curves Adjustment Layers
• Save the picture as JPG by „Save for Web“
• Open your Powerpoint
• open the Slide Master and replace the animation by the JPG

3. Advices

The background animations may be a bit stagnant on a PC with lower

performance. If necessary please close all other programs. MOVING
LIGHTS has been tested on a PC and a Macbook Pro with Powerpoint
2007 and 2010.
