1. Vessel harus sudah selesai dari pengelasan dan selesai dari radiography serta bebas dari cacat pengelasan &
secara visual sudah bersih serta inspektor sudah menyatakan "OK" untuk dilaksanakan pressure test.

3. Penentuan pressure test dengan formula : 1.3 x MAWP = 1.3 x 0.00 Psi = 0.00 Psi
4. Penentuan pemasangan pressure indikator dengan range antara 1,5 sampai dengan 4 kali pressure test. Pressure
test sebesar 0.00 Psi, maka untuk pressure indicator atau recorder yang di pasang besarnya antara
1,5 x 0.00 = 0.00 Psi sampai dengan 4 x 0.00 = 0.00

7. Pemberian tekanan pada vessel dilakukan secara berangsur-angsur & teratur, tekanan dinaikan sebesar 0.00 Psi
& ditahan sekitar 15 menit, dinaikan lagi tekanan tersebut hingga tekanan naik sebesar 0.00 Psi, kemudian
dilaksanakan penahanan dalam kondisi tersebut selama 2 jam (holding time).
8. Setelah pemeriksaan & dinyatakan "OK" oleh inspector, tekanan diturunkan & dibuang secara berangsur-
angsur & teratur sebesar 0.00 Psi & ditahan beberapa saat antara 15 menit & dilakukan pemeriksaan kebocoran,
apabila dinyatakan "OK", kemudian tekanan diturunkan kembali hingga tekanan normal (0 Psi).
9. Setelah selesai pressure test, dilaksanakan pengesahan pada documen pressure test oleh pihak yang terkait.
