In view of the same, we would request the esteemed PGCIL to

provide OEM supervision during dismantling, re-erection and
commissioning, as well as consumable (Since only OEM is in a
position to assess, the present requirement of parts if any)
required if any, free of cost to other bidder, as PGCIL shall be in
a strong position to enlist such services from OEM easily and
cost effectively and timely. This will also resolve the issue if any
arising from warranty applicability etc.”
