1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The purpose of this paper is to present the business plan of CONTENT SDN BHD
with more detail on management, marketing, services and financial aspects of the bank. This
presentation is expected to provide a clear picture of the potential of the business that we will
run. Of the cost of investment of RM 3.5 Million, proprietorships intend to issue their own
capital of RM 500,000.00

The rest of CONTENT SDN BHD also wants to plan for a RM3 Million bank loan
application, this facility is expected to assist the company CONTENT SDN BHD to realize
this business and further offer competitive quality services in today's market.

In addition, this paper is prepared to comply with our mandatory requirements as a


student of Batu Pahat Vocational College to complete the short semester program. The
financial financing period applied is for 6 years.

CONTENT SDN. BHD is led by En. Muhammad Aiman Amanullah Bin Sazali. This
business is carried out at Lot 13, Building Development, Tun Doktor Ismail Park, 50350
Kuala Lumpur

This business is a company that manufactures automotive products that is lorry. The
chosen brand for the truck is Tresno Road. The transportation we build is not like a typical
lorry which is on the market but the lorry is marketed for users going to picnics or so. We
make this so that users can feel the difference when going on vacation and more comfortable.
This product is intended for users who love to go around everywhere.
